  Was once in Dr. A's office when a young girl walked out to her parents in the waiting room sobbing. She was saying that it hurt so much, that she didn't numb her, and she felt everything. I was waiting for her to remove this huge cyst on my side, so I was fore-warned. She tried removing that thing with one shot of something that didn't work...cutting me with no numbing medication. I stopped her right there. She gave me another shot, I stopped her. Gave me a third, and I said to her, 'you either do what you're supposed to or I'm walking out of here'. She told me to come back when she had what she needed later that afternoon. I did come back, and she indeed numbed me, then did a horrible job removing the thing leaving me with ann ugly scar. That means, she didn't even try to numb that young girl!!! Be forewarned, I will never forget my experience with this doctor.

  Made my first appointment here yesterday. Went in today and the doctor was in a meeting and the staff asked me to wait AN HOUR for her to return. Isn't this why I made an appointment? I won't be returning. Learn how to run a business.
